Q. Do I need to have perfect credit?

A. No. We can work with all sorts of credit history including bankruptcy.

Q. Does Easyqualifier.com share my information with other companies and/or sell my information to databases?

A. No. Easyqualifier.com is committed to keeping your information private and we guarantee that it is protected. We do not share your personal data with anyone. We request only the minimum information necessary to process your application.

Q. Do I need to get an appraisal when I refinance?

A. Yes. When you are refinancing, you are getting a new loan. So everything, including the current value of your home, needs to be confirmed.

Q. Why do I have to pay title insurance?

A. Title insurance protects the lender and you from any title disputes that might arise and any liens that might affect the property’s ownership and lead to foreclosure.

Q. What is the cost to submit a loan application?

A. There is no cost to submit an application. However, once we begin to process a loan application, we must authorize several services, including a property appraisal and credit report. Payment for these services will be due by the close of escrow.
